Personal Injury Solicitor – Cheshire

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor to join a well‑established law firm in Cheshire. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of claimant personal injury matters, delivering high‑quality legal services from instruction to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury claims, including EL/PL and RTA matters.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and support clients throughout the litigation process.
• Handle complex and higher‑value cases where appropriate, ensuring thorough preparation and presentation.
• Independently oversee each case while maintaining exceptional client care.
• Collaborate with a busy litigation team and contribute to a supportive, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) within a recognised personal injury team.
• Strong technical knowledge of claimant personal injury litigation.
• Excellent communication, organisational and case‑management abilities.
• Proactive, client‑focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
