Personal Injury Solicitor – EL PL OL & RTA (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a friendly high‑street firm outside Newcastle city centre. The successful candidate will manage their own litigated caseload, focusing on Employer Liability, Personal Liability, Occupational Liability and Road Traffic Accident matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle claimant personal injury claims, both fast‑track and multi‑track.
• Run an independent caseload of EL, PL, OL and RTA matters.
• Utilise the firm’s case management system daily to progress files.
• Collaborate with a solid team of ten solicitors and support junior staff as required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 1‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong background in personal injury law.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full litigated portfolio.
• IT‑literate and comfortable with case management software.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
• IT literacy for daily legal practice.
