Personal Injury Solicitor – Glasgow

About the role

We are seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our Glasgow team, handling a diverse range of pursuer matters. You will manage your own caseload, receive regular court exposure and work alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment that values client care and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Handle personal injury matters from initial instruction through to resolution
• Conduct litigation in Sheriff Court and ASPIC
• Draft court documents, pleadings and client correspondence
• Appear in court where appropriate and instruct counsel
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout their claims
• Maintain accurate file management and compliance procedures

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year PQE in personal injury litigation
• Experience handling Sheriff Court and ASPIC cases
• Confidence managing an independent caseload
• Proven advocacy experience and ability to instruct counsel
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised with the ability to meet competing deadlines
• Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
