Personal Injury Solicitor – Litigation Team

About the role

We are expanding our litigation team and are seeking a qualified Personal Injury / Road Traffic Accident (RTA) solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive. You will manage your own caseload of litigated RTA claims while supporting complex matters across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Review liability and quantum on personal injury files, including credit hire, before issuing proceedings.
• Draft court documents and issue proceedings.
• Liaise with clients to obtain additional information and documentation.
• Analyse medical reports and other evidence.
• Assess offers and advise clients on associated risks.
• Review defenses, prepare replies, and compile document lists.
• Take and draft witness statements.
• Prepare cases and clients for trial, brief counsel, and attend trials when local.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience handling RTA/personal injury claims.
• Qualified solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive.
• Strong client‑care skills and a commercial approach to work.
