Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of personal injury matters arising from employers’ liability and public liability claims.
• Progress cases from initial instruction through to resolution while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to develop technical and procedural skills.
• Provide clear, professional communication with clients throughout the case lifecycle.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 0‑2 years PQE (NQ to 2 PQE).
• Experience of employers’ liability and public liability work, either from a traineeship or post‑qualification.
• Motivated to take ownership of a caseload with guidance and mentoring.
• Organised, proactive, commercially aware and a strong team player.
