About the role

Bond Turner is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Team Leader to manage and develop its Personal Injury team in Liverpool. The role involves overseeing case management, ensuring high‑quality client service, and driving the department’s performance in a supportive, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the personal injury team to achieve high performance and efficient case handling.
• Allocate workload evenly, monitor capacity and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings and team briefings to support development.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and act as an ambassador for the firm’s values.
• Track caseload progress, provide timely legal advice to clients and manage client expectations.
• Handle client complaints as the first point of contact.

• Clear, focused and determined approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills at all business levels.
• Experience in meeting deadlines, prioritising a varied caseload and managing client expectations.
