About the role

Join Everywhen’s friendly Blackpool team as a Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler. You will be the first point of contact for a designated client portfolio, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, responding to queries via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.

Required profile

• Insurance industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Confident communication skills on phone and email.
• Team‑player with a positive outlook, resilience and adaptability.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity in a regulated environment.
