About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers with passion, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
• Pick and replenish products across the store, ensuring shelves are well stocked.
• Handle deliveries and maintain product quality throughout the store.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance metrics and contribute to sales, waste reduction, and profit goals.
• Follow health, safety and training procedures to work safely and effectively.

What we offer

• Minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week (flexible down to 12 hours).
• Hourly rate starting at £13.28, rising to £14.55 for certain locations.
