Personal Tax Senior Manager - CTA Qualified

About the role

We are seeking a Personal Tax Senior Manager to join a well‑established private client practice in the KT area. The successful candidate will lead compliance and advisory work for high‑net‑worth individuals, both UK‑ and non‑UK‑domiciled, and will act as a trusted adviser to clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review personal tax returns prepared by consultants and provide technical guidance.
• Advise on estate planning, inheritance tax, wealth structuring and domicile matters.
• Identify opportunities to restructure clients’ tax affairs and present recommendations to partners and clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients alongside the Partner.
• Manage HMRC tax investigations when required.

Required profile

• CTA qualification with a minimum of five years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience handling complex UK and non‑domiciled high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax planning and advisory work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong IT proficiency and openness to new technologies.
