Personal Tax Senior Manager

About the role

Pro-Finance is seeking a Personal Tax Senior Manager to join its award‑winning team in the South West. You will deliver a blend of tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base, while supporting the growth of the firm’s tax portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to business owners, property landlords and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work closely with senior management to expand the tax client portfolio.
• Lead, coach and develop the internal tax team.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and long‑term training of team members.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification in tax or accounting.
• Proven experience in private client/personal tax.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to nurture client relationships.
• Passion for developing and coaching team members.
• Motivation to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
