Personal Trainer – Canary Wharf, London

About the role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is expanding its London team and is looking for a dedicated Personal Trainer to work at its Wood Wharf location in Canary Wharf. This full‑time, 40‑hour per week role involves early mornings and late evenings during the first year as you help clients achieve measurable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the data‑driven UP Method.
• Design and adjust client‑specific training programmes and nutrition guidance.
• Track client progress with scientific metrics and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain a high‑energy, results‑focused environment in the gym.
• Participate in UP’s onboarding, mentoring and continuous development programmes.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship offered).
• Genuine passion for transforming lives and a growth‑mindset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Personal training (Level 3 certification or equivalent).
