About the role

Join Ultimate Performance’s elite team in Chelsea and deliver world‑class personal training using the data‑driven UP Method. You will work full‑time (40 hours/week) with a diverse client base, helping them achieve measurable transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Coach clients through personalised training programmes based on the UP Method.
• Track client progress using scientific metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide nutrition guidance that complements training objectives.
• Maintain a high‑energy, results‑focused environment during early mornings and late evenings.

Required profile

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivering evidence‑based fitness programmes.
