About the role

Join Ultimate Performance’s London team as a Personal Trainer delivering the data‑driven UP Method to clients in Chelsea. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week role that includes early mornings and late evenings during the first year.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
• Design, adjust and personalise training programmes based on client data.
• Monitor client progress, provide feedback and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain professional client relationships and support long‑term transformation goals.
• Contribute to a high‑performance team environment.

Required profile

• A Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Genuine passion for transforming lives through fitness.
• Strong work ethic, growth mindset and willingness to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Evidence‑based exercise programming knowledge.
• Ability to interpret performance data to tailor sessions.
• Basic nutrition understanding to support training.
• Effective client communication and coaching.
