Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach – Corby

About the role

PureGym is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach to join its Corby location. You will work on‑site delivering high‑quality fitness sessions, guiding members, and ensuring a safe, welcoming gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver group classes, one‑to‑one training sessions and gym inductions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the gym floor and equipment.
• Generate new client leads through open weeks, taster sessions and guest passes.
• Promote PureGym’s exclusive app, webinars and mentoring resources to members.
• Participate in lead‑generation workshops and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness and wellbeing.
• Embodies the “Feel PureGym good” attitude.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent).

Required skills

• First Aid (funded qualification provided).
