Personal Trainer

About the role
TFF Fitness is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our private training studio in Thurmaston. You will work directly with clients, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals while also receiving support to develop your own coaching expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalized workout programs for a diverse client base.
- Conduct fitness assessments and monitor client progress.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and overall well‑being.
- Maintain a safe, motivating, and clean training environment.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to share best practices and improve service quality.

- Strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
