Personal Trainer – Leeds

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our Leeds team and deliver the UP Method to clients seeking measurable transformation. You will work in a high‑performance environment where coaching, data‑driven training and client partnership are core to daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group personal training sessions using the UP Method.
• Assess client fitness levels, set goals and track progress with data‑driven tools.
• Provide tailored nutrition guidance and lifestyle advice aligned with client objectives.
• Act as a trusted coach and partner throughout each client’s transformation journey.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and professional development programmes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
• Genuine passion for helping people transform their lives.
• Strong work ethic and growth‑mindset.
