Pharmaceutical Production Operator – Day/Back Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join Curia’s aseptic manufacturing team in Glasgow. The role works day (6:30‑14:30) and back (14:00‑22:00) shifts, supporting the production of sterile injectable medicines under strict GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilise equipment, raw materials and peripherals for clean‑room use.
• Perform sterile cleaning of Grade A cleanrooms and maintain over‑pressure monitoring.
• Execute manufacturing and final filling operations in accordance with SOPs, cGMP and customer documentation.
• Complete batch manufacturing records, worksheets and reconciliation of bulk solution, waste, vials and finished product.
• Maintain training records, housekeeping standards and audit readiness of the facility.

Required profile

• Science graduate or equivalent; experience in a clean‑room or pharmaceutical environment is desirable.
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures accurately.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Required skills

• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge.
• Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliance.
• Cleanroom operation and sterile manufacturing techniques.
• Batch record documentation and reconciliation.
• Equipment sterilisation procedures.
