Pharmacist – 30 hrs per week (Part‑time)

About the role

Join a busy community pharmacy within a leading UK retailer, providing essential NHS and private services to local customers. This part‑time, 30‑hour role blends dispensing, patient counselling and team leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, adhering to GPhC standards.
• Deliver NHS and private pharmacy services, including urgent care and emergency prescriptions.
• Provide expert advice, health checks and medication reviews to customers.
• Manage and motivate pharmacy staff to meet service and business targets.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance across the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with in‑store, regional and head‑office teams for clinical and service support.

Required profile

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare.
• Strong communication and empathy when dealing with patients.
• Proven leadership ability in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer care.
