Pharmacist – AI Training (Remote, UK)

About the role

Prolific is seeking licensed pharmacists to join its Domain Expert network and help train cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence models used in healthcare. As a remote contributor you will evaluate AI‑generated pharmaceutical advice, provide feedback, and create exemplar content to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated responses to pharmacy scenarios and rate them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple model answers, select the best one, and justify the choice based on current pharmacy standards.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to guide model learning.
• Complete short, one‑hour focused tasks on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• Current, good‑standing pharmacy licence or registration (PharmD, RPh, or equivalent) with recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a computer, and a PayPal account for payments.
• Willingness to self‑declare earnings as a self‑employed participant.

Required skills

• Pharmaceutical knowledge, including drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
