About the role

This full‑time position offers a qualified pharmacist the chance to lead a busy retail pharmacy in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of the healthcare department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy, managing a high‑volume prescription workflow.
• Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately, providing professional advice on healthcare products.
• Maintain compliance with GPhC regulations, company policies, and NHS standards.
• Manage inventory to guarantee availability of essential medicines and products.
• Collaborate with the wider retail team to enhance overall customer experience.
• Support training and development of pharmacy staff.

Required profile

• MPharm degree with current GPhC registration.
• Proven experience handling high‑volume prescription workloads.

• Experience delivering both NHS and private pharmacy services.
