Pharmacist Manager

About the role

Roshban Group, a network of independent community pharmacies across England, is seeking a full‑time Pharmacist Manager for its Dudley location. The role combines clinical pharmacy expertise with business leadership to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient‑centred services within a hub‑and‑spoke model.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of all nationally and locally commissioned NHS services and that eligible customers receive them.
• Oversee accurate and timely end‑of‑month submissions to the NHS Business Service Authority.
• Maintain compliance with GPhC and NHS England regulatory requirements across all pharmacy operations.
• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual targets for dispensing, OTC sales and clinical services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews against targets and adjust plans to meet annual objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with local surgeries, the Local Pharmaceutical Committee and NHS England.
• Monitor local issues that could impact the business and respond proactively.
• Lead the team to deliver high‑quality clinical services while maximising business growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (MPHarm) from a GPhC‑accredited school of pharmacy.
• Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Meet the GPhC fitness‑to‑practice requirements.
