Pharmacist Manager – Seaton

About the role

As a Pharmacist Manager in Seaton you will lead the pharmacy team to deliver high‑quality patient care while ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards. This permanent, onsite position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on community health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pharmacy staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with GPhC regulations and professional standards.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions and offer expert medication advice.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and guarantee availability of essential medicines.
• Support staff development through training and performance coaching.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven experience leading or supervising a pharmacy team.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy legislation, clinical governance and professional standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a commitment to service excellence.
