Pharmacy Assistant – No Experience Required

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital health company as a Pharmacy Assistant. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who want to start a career in pharmacy without prior experience, offering full training and a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prescription handling: receive, sort, organise and securely file prescriptions.
• Administrative support: print, scan, file documents and assist with data entry.
• Packing & order preparation: assemble boxes, pack customer orders and prepare daily supplies.
• Operational support: move orders between workstations and help dispensers and pharmacists.
• Stock management: support inventory counts, replenish stock and report discrepancies.
• Workplace & clinic preparation: set up and tidy pharmacy areas at the start and end of each day.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on, physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time (40 h/week) or part‑time (16 or 24 h/week) contracts.
• Hourly pay of £10.85 for ages 18‑20 and £12.71 for ages 21+.
• Flexible shift patterns Monday to Saturday.
