Pharmacy Colleague – Full‑time Retail Pharmacy Role

About the role

Join ASDA’s in‑store pharmacy team in Crewe on a permanent, full‑time basis. You’ll work flexible day shifts, including weekends, delivering friendly, professional health advice to our customers while following strict pharmacy procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assemble and process prescription orders.
• Promote and explain additional pharmacy services such as Prescription Collection and Medicines Use Reviews.
• Support the pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop‑smoking schemes.
• Collect prescriptions from customers’ GP surgeries and prepare them for collection.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Complete an accredited Medicine Counter Assistant course within six months and progress to Dispensing Assistant training.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and customer‑focused.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and clear communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and a passion for helping people with their health needs.
