About the role

This position is for a Pharmacy Dispenser working in a modern pharmacy in Crawley. You will join a customer‑focused team delivering high‑quality healthcare services while enjoying flexible scheduling and a guaranteed minimum of hours each week.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines and over‑the‑counter products.
• Provide customers with clear information about their medicines, vaccinations, and health checks.
• Perform basic health checks such as blood pressure and blood glucose testing.
• Assist pharmacists with medication reviews and other clinical services.

Required profile

• Team‑player with a strong customer focus.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when dispensing medication.
• Willingness to learn and follow pharmacy procedures and regulations.

Required skills

• Hourly rate starting at £13.70, rising to £14.97 for stores inside the M25.
