Pharmacy Engagement Executive

About the role

As a Pharmacy Engagement Executive you will join Inizio Engage’s on‑site team in Ashby‑De‑La‑Zouch, contacting community and hospital pharmacists across the UK. Your main goal is to inform them about valuable educational and promotional resources and obtain their electronic consent in a compliant manner.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to pharmacists in the community and hospital sectors.
• Clearly explain the benefits of receiving educational and promotional content.
• Secure e‑consent while adhering to GDPR and ABPI standards.
• Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and build positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and consent targets.
• Provide feedback and insights from conversations to internal teams.

Required profile

• Professional, credible and articulate communicator.
• Target‑driven and results‑focused with strong organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for data entry and tracking.
