Pharmacy Field Sales

About the role

We are seeking experienced field sales agents with strong relationships in the pharmacy sector to represent the premium, high‑growth Benjamin Button brand across their territory. This independent, self‑employed position allows you to introduce award‑winning skincare and wellness products to independent pharmacies, healthcare retailers, and selected premium retail accounts while building long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit independent pharmacies and healthcare retailers within your assigned territory.
• Present the Benjamin Button product range to owners, managers, and buyers.
• Develop new wholesale accounts and expand brand distribution.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Merchandise products and maximise in‑store visibility where appropriate.
• Identify new sales opportunities and provide market feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Benjamin Button team to support business growth.

Required profile

• Established network of independent pharmacies and healthcare retailers.
• Proven experience selling into independent pharmacy channels.
• Background representing consumer healthcare, OTC, skincare, beauty, wellness or supplement brands.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Track record of generating new business and managing accounts.
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Comfortable operating as a self‑employed contractor.
