Pharmacy Lead – Digital Pharmacy Operations

About the role

Blueco Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Lead to own and scale its digital pharmacy operations. This senior position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing, technology‑enabled pharmacy that supports NHS programmes, private healthcare, insurance and manufacturer contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end pharmacy operations including dispensing, checking and fulfilment.
• Ensure governance, compliance and quality standards across all processes.
• Develop and maintain people infrastructure, training and performance management.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations on operational strategy and commercial contract delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and support rapid 5x growth targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in pharmacy operations, preferably within a digital or technology‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume dispensing and logistics.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the UK pharmacy sector.
• Leadership mindset with a track record of building and scaling teams.
