Pharmacy Practice Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

The Pharmacy Practice Manager will lead a pharmacy team in a busy Asda store, balancing patient care with commercial performance. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure high standards of safety, service and compliance while driving the pharmacy’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all pharmacy‑related targets and deadlines.
• Manage and develop the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to provide excellent patient experience and safety.
• Maintain compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.
• Oversee the rota and ensure appropriate coverage across the two‑week schedule.

Required profile

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private healthcare services.
• Proven ability to combine line‑management duties with clinical responsibilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience handling challenging situations.
