Pharmacy Team Leader – Bootle

About the role

Superdrug is seeking a Pharmacy Team Leader for its Bootle store. This six‑month fixed‑term position offers the chance to lead a busy pharmacy team, support daily operations and ensure high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist the Pharmacy Manager with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Use initiative to drive performance, improve processes and add value to the business.
• Ensure the dispensary runs efficiently and complies with GPhC standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 acceptable).
• Previous experience working in a dispensary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail environments.
