About the role

We are seeking a Philosophy Expert to support the development and evaluation of AI systems by providing rigorous philosophical analysis of content. This remote, hourly contract position offers the opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams on cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and annotate complex philosophical texts for AI training datasets.
• Provide detailed feedback on philosophical accuracy, context, and interpretation of AI‑generated outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to embed philosophical rigor into AI models.
• Develop and review prompts that incorporate philosophical frameworks.
• Identify biases and ethical considerations in datasets and model behavior.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions, workshops, and discussions on philosophical topics.
• Stay current on developments at the intersection of philosophy and AI.

Required profile

• Advanced academic background in philosophy (e.g., PhD or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in ethics, logic, epistemology, or related sub‑fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments.
