About the role

Join a Barchester care home as a Physiotherapy Assistant, working under the guidance of a qualified Physiotherapist to help residents achieve their best physical condition. You will deliver individualized physiotherapy support and carry out essential administrative tasks to keep records accurate and services efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored physiotherapy sessions in line with evidence‑based practice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete basic administrative duties.
• Support residents in daily mobility and rehabilitation activities.
• Collaborate with the physiotherapy team to ensure consistent care delivery.

Required profile

• Empathetic, dedicated and a proactive attitude.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
• Person‑centred approach with a commitment to high standards of care.

Required skills

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
