PI Account Executive – Inherited Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Professional Indemnity (PI) Account Executive to take ownership of an established portfolio in Bristol. You will inherit a book generating around £250,000 in commission, allowing you to focus on client retention and organic growth from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an inherited PI portfolio across solicitors, IFAs, architects and property professionals.
• Act as the main point of contact, delivering expert advice throughout the insurance lifecycle.
• Retain and grow existing business through excellent client service.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the existing book.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Cross‑sell and introduce new business where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Professional Indemnity insurance.
• Background in commercial broking with client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of the Acturis platform.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive approach to business development and retention.
