Picker & Loader – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Picker & Loader to join our warehouse team in Slough. You will play a key part in ensuring customers receive the right products on time, while working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pick stock accurately to fulfil customer orders.
• Load and unload deliveries using forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring they are correctly packaged and labelled.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service throughout the order fulfilment process.

Required profile

• Ability to work varied shifts within a 37.5‑hour week.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo full training on equipment and procedures.
