Picker Packer – Early Shift

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Picker Packer to join our warehouse team on an early shift (6am‑2pm, Monday‑Friday) in Andover, Hampshire. This temporary position runs until the end of August and involves picking and packing books for distribution, as well as general warehouse duties.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack books accurately using alphanumeric picking numbers.
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as sorting, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a general warehouse or pick‑pack role.
• Steady work history and ability to work reliably on an early shift.
• Capability to read long alphanumeric picking numbers.
• Physical fitness to be on your feet most of the day and lift up to 60 kg with assistance.
• Team‑oriented with clear communication skills.
• Awareness of health and safety matters.
