Picker / Packer – Warehouse Operative (Fleetwood)

About the role
Join an established business in Fleetwood as a Picker/Packer, responsible for selecting and packing items efficiently in a fast‑moving warehouse environment. You will work on alternating day shifts and night shifts, Monday to Friday, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick items accurately from inventory based on order specifications.
- Pack selected items into small containers for dispatch.
- Follow on‑site health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within your designated zone.
- Meet productivity targets while ensuring product accuracy.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail to guarantee correct product selection.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under shift schedules.
- Willingness to take responsibility for a specific warehouse zone.
- Availability for alternate day shifts and night shifts (10 pm‑6 am) Monday‑Friday.
