Pilates Studio Manager – Reformer Pilates

About the role

Join a dynamic, leading Reformer Pilates and PT studio in Kensington as the Studio Manager. You will be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring a welcoming environment where clients can improve their health, look and feel better.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations and manage the class timetable.
• Lead and develop the studio team, fostering a culture aligned with the company’s core values.
• Manage budgets, track financial performance, and meet membership sales and retention targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and allied health professionals.
• Support the growth and expansion of the studio network.

Required profile

• Passion for helping clients achieve health and fitness goals.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Excel spreadsheets is preferred.
• Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification.
