Pillar 2 Compliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Pillar 2 Compliance Manager to join a leading professional services firm’s Tax Compliance team in London. The role offers exposure to international tax compliance for multinational and blue‑chip clients, including S&P 500 and FTSE 100 companies, within a technology‑enabled, advisory‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Pillar Two compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of multinational and listed clients.
• Lead data collection, analysis and review of Pillar Two calculations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and tax accounting deliverables.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of global minimum tax obligations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand reporting processes and provide commercially focused solutions.
• Standardise large data sets using technology‑enabled processes.
• Maintain client relationships and act as primary contact throughout engagements.
• Coordinate with UK and overseas teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Drive process improvements, innovation initiatives and contribute to the team’s evolution.
• Monitor budgets, manage deadlines and uphold high technical standards.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong experience in UK corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
• Knowledge of OECD Pillar Two / BEPS 2.0 rules and filing requirements.
• Experience with transitional safe harbour or full‑rules calculations (advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, data‑handling and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
