Pillar 2 Compliance Senior Manager

About the role

This senior position sits within a leading professional services firm’s Tax Compliance team, focusing on the emerging global Pillar Two (BEPS 2.0) landscape. You will work on technically challenging projects for multinational and blue‑chip clients, helping them meet the new global minimum tax obligations while shaping the team’s future direction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Pillar Two compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of multinational and listed clients.
• Lead data collection, analysis and review of Pillar Two calculations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance and tax accounting deliverables.
• Support clients with implementation and ongoing management of global minimum tax obligations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand reporting processes and provide commercially‑focused solutions.
• Standardise large datasets using technology‑enabled processes for tax compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout engagements.
• Coordinate with UK and overseas teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Drive process improvements, support innovation initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the team’s offering.
• Monitor budgets, manage deadlines and uphold high technical standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong experience in UK corporate tax compliance and advisory work.
• Knowledge of OECD Pillar Two / BEPS 2.0 rules and filing requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong data‑handling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with global or remote teams.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
