Placement Coordinator – Immediate Start (Hybrid, Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Placement Coordinator to join our fast‑moving team in Bristol. The role starts immediately and offers a hybrid working pattern after an initial training period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with clients and workers.
• Coordinate individual placement packages and schedule shifts using internal systems.
• Respond quickly to urgent, time‑sensitive requests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and workers.
• Ensure accurate data entry and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to handle a busy workload.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident on the phone and able to manage sensitive conversations.
• Available immediately and able to work until the end of September.

Required skills

What we offer

• Real Living Wage of £13.45 per hour.
• Hybrid working after training (typically three office days per week).
• Shift‑based rota covering 7‑day coverage.
• Full‑time hours (37.5 hrs per week) on a temporary 2‑4 month contract.
