About the role
Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Planner to join its dedicated social housing team in Berkshire. This permanent position offers a competitive salary based on experience and a hybrid working pattern, with most days spent in the Ascot office and the possibility of one day remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Contact residents and keep them informed throughout their housing journey.
- Allocate jobs to surveyors and manage their diaries.
- Oversee after‑care on completed projects.
- Gather and follow up on resident feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Services Manager in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in social housing (essential).
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset, suitable for junior or experienced candidates.
