Planner/Scheduler/Coordinator

About the role

Join the Planning, Scheduling & Dispatch team in Cosham, Portsmouth and help coordinate field‑based operatives across the UK. You will work in a fast‑paced office environment on a rotating shift pattern, ensuring resources are deployed efficiently to meet service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule both responsive and planned appointments for field operatives using multiple works‑management systems.
• Liaise with and direct field‑based staff, monitoring response times and SLA compliance.
• Identify and raise early warnings that could affect response times.
• Understand and differentiate between planned and responsive work orders.

Required profile

• Logical thinker with the ability to resolve problems quickly.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience in customer‑service environments and working to targets (preferred but not mandatory).
• Accurate data‑entry skills.
