About the role
The Legists is seeking a Planning Solicitor with 1‑6 years post‑qualification experience to join its respected Planning team in Milton Keynes. You will advise both private and public sector clients on a wide range of planning matters, delivering commercially focused advice.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic planning advice, prepare and submit planning applications and agreements.
- Handle planning appeals, enforcement actions and public inquiries.
- Manage a varied caseload of complex planning projects.
- Draft and negotiate planning documents while maintaining high client‑care standards.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with 1‑6 years PQE in a recognised Planning Law practice.
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
- Confidence to manage matters independently.
Required skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
