Plasterer – Full‑time Permanent (Milton Keynes)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our local repairs team, delivering high‑quality plastering repairs and refurbishments in occupied residential properties across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The role is field‑based with a strong focus on customer service and tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake all aspects of plastering repairs, including walls and ceilings.
• Carry out general repair works such as filling and making good.
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship to agreed standards and ensure first‑time fix.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach with tenants and colleagues.
• Use a PDA to record job updates, worksheets, photographs and related tasks.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition.
• Collect and manage materials and van stock as required.
• Work safely at all times, following health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a Plasterer.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (desirable).
• Experience working in social housing (desirable).
