Plasterer – Planned Works (Temp to Perm)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our Planned Works team on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis. You will work across the Hampshire region, using a company van, delivering improvement and cyclical works for an affordable housing provider.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, rendering, artexing and decorative repairs.
• Perform wall and ceiling repairs, both internal and external rendering.
• Install tiling and plaster coving where required.
• Collaborate with other trades to provide a comprehensive repairs service.
• Complete scheduled works to a high standard, on time and cost‑effectively.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver plastering and related works to a high standard.
• Willingness to work on a 12‑week temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Flexibility to travel across the Hampshire area using a company vehicle.
