Plasterer – Reactive Repairs (Temp, 2‑3 months)

About the role
Join a social housing provider’s reactive repairs team in Accrington on a 2‑3 month temporary contract, with the possibility of permanent placement. Work 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at a rate of £20 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Complete reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain van stock and ensure the vehicle is used responsibly.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep customers' homes clean and safe while working.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in social housing repairs.
- NVQ Level 2 (desirable).
Required skills
- Plastering.
What we offer
- Van and fuel card (no personal use).
- £20 per hour on a CIS/Umbrella arrangement.
