Platform Architect

About the role

Hirexa Solutions UK is looking for a Platform Architect to lead architectural advisory and implementation of ServiceNow platforms for enterprise customers. The role combines technical leadership with client‑facing consulting to drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives, platform owners, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation phases.
• Provide architectural guidance across multiple engagements, covering workflows such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM and CMDB.
• Develop relationships with Centres of Excellence and business leaders to align ServiceNow with digital transformation goals.
• Manage technical governance, ensure instance health, reduce technical debt and apply ServiceNow best practices.
• Support sales by scoping, estimating engagements and change orders, and contribute leading practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or management consulting.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, large‑scale program design and cloud application technologies.
• Ability to drive complex issues to resolution in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision‑making.
