Platform Owner – Endpoint Platform

About the role

We are seeking a decisive, delivery‑driven Platform Owner for our Endpoint Platform. You will be fully accountable for a secure, compliant, and seamlessly managed device ecosystem, ensuring continuous protection and automated lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Own endpoint configuration and lifecycle management.
• Deliver cloud‑first, zero‑touch device deployment and management.
• Ensure proactive patching, compliance enforcement and security resilience.
• Drive automation and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with policy and framework owners to maintain consistent device standards.

Required profile

• ITIL Foundation qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with endpoint or device management platforms.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage policies, frameworks and drive problem‑solving initiatives.

Required skills

• Microsoft Intune
• Endpoint automation
