PLM Windchill Developer – Application Maintenance & Support

About the role

Infosys is looking for a skilled PLM Windchill Developer to join its PLM team in Stevenage. The role focuses on application maintenance and support, requiring hands‑on experience with PTC Windchill customization, configuration and integration with enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customise Windchill PDMLink modules such as Change Management, Document Management and BOM Management.
• Develop and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates and business rules.
• Integrate Windchill with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, access and data‑integrity issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end‑users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with Security Check (SC) clearance or eligibility is preferred.
• Based within reasonable commuting distance of Stevenage or willing to travel regularly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windchill development and support, including knowledge of Windchill modules and architecture.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP and XML.
• Experience with Windchill APIs, Business Rules Framework (BRF) and Info*Engine.
• Understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes.
