Plumber – Full‑time, Crawley

About the role

We are looking for two experienced Plumbers to join our team in Crawley, working on social housing and void properties for Crawley Town Council. You will deliver high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair of water, drainage and sanitation systems while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipework, fixtures and fittings.
• Diagnose and resolve issues such as leaks, blockages and faults.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties.
• Install and service hot and cold water systems, drainage systems and sanitary ware.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors and colleagues.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Respond to emergency call‑outs when required.

Required profile

• NVQ in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven plumbing experience with a strong skill set.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
